I've been using Dropbox for a while now and I've got to say that the service works amazing! I've never had any problems with it and overall it's a very intuitive and seamless experience. As far as a pricing scheme goes, obviously this is just conjecture but in order to use Dropbox on your PC you have to download and install some free software so I can't imagine their pricing model would differ on Android.
